Every piece is handpicked with love, and we hope you will love it as much as we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you can exchange a product for up to 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your order confirmation email.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs of both the product being returned and the new product being sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged/returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as tattoos). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds are not accepted.
